Explosion in Brighton, Melbourne, followed by arrest
The ‘bang’ rang out along Bay Street, in Melbourne’s beachside suburb of Brighton, shortly after 4pm on Monday afternoon. Witnesses say moments after the explosion, police arrested a man.
