Instead of caffeine added to some carbonated energy drinks, always get it from natural sources like green, white or colong teas which provide powerful healthy antioxidants. If you take coffee regularly, you have a level of addiction to caffeine which is not too good for your fat loss campaign.

Taurine on the other hand is obtained from almost any protein source. Vitamins are best obtained naturally from a real food source, not artificially to some carbonated drink. Your body doesn’t use fake and artificial source of vitamins but natural from REAL food.
